was a mighty palladium dragon in life, with clear ideas of what was right and wrong. After his ascension these ideals became the foundation of how he wanted those remaining on the world to live by. He was the joint creator of the human race, along with the deity Rayis and together they watched over their creation. It was when he humans revolted against their duergar oppressors that Victirus first realised the power that their devotion afford him.
