For five thousands years humans abandoned by the Zariger have wandered the frozen south, never able to settle in one place for the perpetual hazard that is the Frostfell. Hundreds of small bands of nomads move from place to place surviving on the bare minimum, scavenging once lost relics of the Zariger empire to sell at the only city left standing, the once Zariger city of Zenith. The humans are constantly under attack from the frostfolk of Varrg, forced to survive one the ice packed portions of the south.
